Fresh Start took shape the way most good tools do: two guys fed up with a broken process and ready to build something that actually worked. Pulling USDA data was a slog. Buried portals, clunky reports, numbers you need at 6 a.m. formatted like nobody ever intended to read them. We sell produce for a living. Sasha and Tulley, more than twenty years on the phones between us, running the busiest sales department in Nogales. We know what it's like when every second counts. We needed a good tool. It didn't exist. So we built it, with Talene, Sasha's wife and the operations professional of the outfit. She kept us organized, teased us into action when we stalled, got us live, and made sure the product wasn't a piece of garbage only Sasha and Tulley could decipher. Randi, Tulley's wife, sorts out problems, logs customer feedback, and makes sure a real person answers every email.
This industry runs on fractured information, and everybody knows it.
