Refund Policy

Fresh Start is priced to be an easy call: $5.97 a month for the whole board. Because of that, we don't offer refunds, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades made partway through a cycle.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account page. When you cancel:

• If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged, and access continues until the trial ends.
• You'll keep full access to every commodity, a full year of history, and all shipping-point spreads through the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Once the period ends, your dashboard access ends. Nothing is deleted, and you can resubscribe anytime.

Billing errors

If you're charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already canceled — reach out and we'll correct it. That's a billing correction, not a refund exception, and we handle it case by case.
